Click here to download the District's fee schedule. On October 11, 2011, the Board of Directors approved the 2012 budget and a fee schedule for groundwater produced by non-exempt wells in 2012. The rates were established as follows: $0.10 per 1,000 gallons for all non-exempt wells, except for agricultural wells, which will be charged a rate of $1 per acre-foot (325,851 gallons).

All non-exempt wells must be registered and have meters installed immediately.

There is currently no registration fee to register your well, however, for new wells, a $100 Well Driller Log Deposit is required before the application can be processed.

Please contact the District if you have any questions problems with registering your well or reporting your production information. These forms can be printed and submitted to the District by mail, fax or email.
